How to make cuban coffee at home

The first step in making Cuban coffee is to fill the espresso machine with water. For best results, you should use very cold water if you're taking it from the tap without any filtering system, as this will ensure the water is fresh. Next, take your coffee grounds and fill the coffee receptacle. Cuban coffee is traditionally made from very fine grounds, so you may wish to ground your coffee more than usual in order to maintain authenticity. Once you have finished, move the espresso machine on top of whichever heat source you will be using, press the necessary button on the machine, and begin to prepare the sugar. Cuban coffee is distinct from other types of coffee in that it requires one or two teaspoons of sugar per serving. To make your cup have foam, pour the necessary amount of sugar into a metal cup, along with enough precolated coffee to make a paste. When the espresso machine has finished, pouring the coffee over this paste will create foam.
