Food Processors are a marvelous thing. You can make bruschetta topping in just minutes, transform your tomatoes and jalapenos into a fiery salsa in front of your eyes, or emulsify the heck out of some vinagrette with a few thrown in accoutrements.

That said, you can do most of what you need with a quality kitchen knife. If you have high production needs, arthritis, very little time or just an intolerable knife set - check out the food processors below for some of the best bargains available online. My one recommendation is to go with a higher quality brand. Spend a little extra money. The cheap motorized ones will bite the dust quickly and those manual chopper varieties are rubbish.
